Teams and Conditions
Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. After this window, the appointment will be considered confirmed and cannot be rescheduled. Appointments may only be rescheduled once; additional rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellations.
No-Shows
All appointments must be paid for at the time of booking. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the session, and no refunds will be issued.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the time of other clients. Full fees will apply regardless of the time missed.
No Refunds
No refunds will be provided for any services under any circumstances.
Mid-Month Cancellations
Wellness Empowered does not offer credits or refunds for cancellations made mid-month. You may cancel services at any time, but mid-month cancellations will allow access to services until the end of the current month, with no prorated refunds.
Emergency Exceptions
Exceptions to the no-show and cancellation policies may be made at Wellness Empowered’s discretion in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
Payment Policy
All appointments and services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include [list payment options, e.g., credit cards, e-transfers, etc.]. Payment disputes will be handled in accordance with our terms and conditions.
