We offer mental health consultative services as needed on varied issues such as stress management, compassion fatigue, mindful parenting, practicing radical self-care, parent/ child relational issues, social advocacy, family issues, e.t.c .
Counseling via telephone is available, with all confidentiality policies still fully observed. Sessions typically last an hour. While virtual and in-person sessions are often more effective, we respect your right to self-determination. Therefore, we will honor this telephone format if we mutually agree it can be conducted in a way that ensures no harm is caused.
